Island deliveries

Please note that delivery to an island is subject to charges. Rates are calculated individually based on the size and weight of the package. So we can not provide a standard rate. For this reason we ask you, in case of delivery on an island, to request shipping costs by e-mail. Our customer service will inform you as soon as possible of the amount to be paid.

Merchandise is shipped disassembled in its original packaging. The assembly is carried out in just a few steps by the customer. No assembly is required for gas springs, footrests, etc.

Shipping by DPD Parcel Service

Parcel services provide curbside delivery, or delivery to your front door. Please note that you will not be notified by telephone concerning the exact time of DPD deliveries. Similarly, it is not possible to arrange a fixed delivery time, as we cannot influence the driver’s delivery routes. If you are unable to receive your delivery in person, we advise that you leave the delivery driver a note with instructions on the letterbox/front door/doorbell.

Shipping by forwarding agency

A telephone notification is carried out by the forwarding agent before delivery. Delivered free to kerbside.

We work in cooperation with recognized courier services to ensure the shortest possible delivery time.

Calculation delivery time

The deadline for delivery begins with the advance payment, on the day after the payment order is issued, to the transferring credit institution or in the case of other payment methods, on the day following the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiration of the last day of the deadline. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday officially recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be accepted.
